I need 2-3 affiliate programs for mobile phones - ringtones, logos, phones ...

 

If you have a mobile phones review site or a blog, maybe AuctionsAds could work well - it would show mobile phones eBay auctions.

Have you tried CPA networks, they normally have some phone offers.
