Best affiliate program for link juice?

    Where is a good place to go set up a affiliate program from the ground up (without using a middleman) that also does not use no follow links in the affiliate links?

    Check out fusionquest.com its affordable at under 1k to provide direct links. LinkConnector was famous for this but they now charge a monthly retainer of like $500 bucks a month.

    most affiliate networks cant pass juice, but if you want to build from the ground up either install your own tracking software or try shareasale.
