I found a software application that helps you with some of the most in depth market research I've ever seen. You can literally look at another site and discover everything that is making them money. I'm doing really well with paid survey and get paid to affiliate networks and also in house referral prgrams for members. IT's considered the bottom of the affiliate industry I know and I have sites in the 1st class niches as well. But this is really where some of the best money is in my experience; if you know how to market the programs correctly. Lack of personal success for critics doesn't invalidate the niche!

Travel's also a great niche because it can be very profitable and remains one of the Internets greatest areas of commerce. I think there's substantial area to be made for affiliates in this area who have the right niche and angle.
The best niche for you is one that you wont get tired of writing about in 2 days. Dont just pick a niche because the payouts are $100 or because someone is making $40k/month with it. Pick one that you find interesting and want to learn more about. It will really show through in your work and will help to make you an authority in your niche, something that is extremely powerful.
Wow, very well said. I have a few niches that I do for profit but I have to force myself to write. I totally agree that you should find your passion and voice in the context of these programs and when you write about something you care about or have a genuine interest in, you'll offer some valuable insight to your readers. It's a hard voice to find, especially in the context of profit and advertiser limitations but the payoff ultimately is worth it. Best of luck.
Am very successful with promoting online dating. Earning nice income and doing very well though some sites are adult. I dont do anything except promoting them over social networking sites.
Certain niches have the edge considering the number of people on the lookout for them.But that doesn't mean other niches are worthless.In fact you could and should target those less desirable niches as competition is less there.With keyword targeting and correct traffic type you can be the authority in your niche.Hope this helped
