Best affiliate management companies?

    Who are the best affiliate management companies that do not charge vendors a monthly fee or a fee but very small????

    You can find the most poular and used ones at http://www.affiliateseeking.com/affiliate-software/1.html with reviews. Most of these charge monthly fees though unless you host the software yourself then you are most likely have to purchase the software outright, but then it will have to be managed by you.
