What is the best CPA/affiliate network for pay per lead offers? Or, rather, which CPA/affiliate network has the most pay per lead offers available?

really you should try various networks cause what might do great for one person might do only soso for you as many of them have different exclusive offers also.

There is well over 100 CPA affiliate networks listed at http://www.affiliateseeking.com/netwo/23000002/1.html

The better ones are towards to top of the listings, which is a few pages deep.

I like using CPA Empire. There reporting is no so crash hot but they have some good offers especially their zips.

leadpoint, leadpile to name a couple where it is a free marketplace for both buyers and sellers who determine the price. I've found I make more from these places than the standard networks as the middleman fee isn't as high.
