Content network can be a Cash Cow when used correctly or a Money Pit when used incorrectly, most newbies have no idea how to use it and end up losing their shorts I personally suggest that newbies turn it off at the beginning of their learning curve Just one man's opinion
Hi Zibblu I know you don't want any aff links but just take a look at the Beat Adwords Link below see what you think! It is not old crap either
Again, horrible advice. There aren't any guides on it because no one uses it enough. I've got members of my site who use ONLY the content network and do $10,000 net per month with it. I've developed tools specifically for the content network that members have access to. Anyhow, if you know what you're doing it can actually get you far cheaper and more productive clicks then the search network.
I think Perry Marshall's is a good way to start cause it really covers it all. You can the get the updated tips here on the forum for free... I also read adwords180 and I highly recommend it for the content network! good luck!
I'm a newbie, and one thing that haunts me in Adwords is that, after a day or so, most of my 1000+ keywords are suddenly become 'inactive' and i've to meet new, more expensive, minimum bids. How the heck my campaign can survive in more than a day?
"newbies" shouldn't have 1,000 keywords. Start with a smaller set, figure out what works (and what doesn't) and build from there.
take the adwords professional exam, you would be amazed by the amount of features you didn't know about
Lastbutnotleast I would say Beating Adwords. I think Adwords Miracle is overpriced for an Adwords ebook. Also Beating Adwords is created by founders of Wealthly Affiliate. These guys knows, what they are doing.
I didn't like it. Beating Adwords and Adwords Miracle are similar in ideas and techniques, but GMP is a bit different, which I found not really useful.
Searchengineland did a lot for me and this has something to do with their age in the business which equates to trust with matters on PPC and affiliate marketing.
I suggest Perry Marshall as the best guide to learn PPC since most of the guys started learning..In my opinion "Perry Marshall" is the great stuff.
