    Hey guys
So I am in the process of searching for some niches right now. I am using a tool called micro niche finder. Seems to be quite good, only, I am not entirely sure if results shown on the tool are comprehensive, regardless I am liking it. Using a few other techniques I came across as well..
I have managed to find a lot of exact match keywords that have little or no presence yet yielding high search queries. I might be able to share some of the keywords with anyone who gives me the best answer and guidance surrounding niche market research. COME AND GET IT 
I have found a few exact match keywords that are very very good, more than 5000 searches per month etc yet no domain names registered, no one using these keywords in their page titles, competition is non-existent and opportunity to monetize is quite a bit. The only problem is, these keywords are narrow digs / variations of extremely hot keywords for extremely saturated markets.
So basically, I have found niche "keywords" for not so niche "markets".
Is it a good idea pursuing these keywords for a blogging site perhaps?

Furthermore, I have recently learnt by coming to this forum is that an aged domain gives you brownie points as it has already been seasoned, has PR and is ready go right off the bat. Being an excitable person that I am, and new to the world of online monetization, I want to get started immediately. Problem is, my niche research keywords and ideas will never work with the type of domain names or websites offered here for sale on this forum. I have found that other sites like ebay and flippa offer no better value. I would ideally like to have the keywords in my domain.
For a seasoned pro in this area, what would you do? Would you register a brand new domain and season it for some time before you start monetizing it?

Hope all this makes sense and the answers on this thread are useful to other readers as well.
