What are some good places to advertise that actually show results or sales? I have tried some forums but it looks like everyone is there to advertise and not interested in other programs. I have already tried craiglist and it is hard to keep an ad on there without it getting flagged. Any suggestions?

There are many free advertising site where you can post you views. I think DP is the best place. Here all problems solve quick.

Thats kinda of true but its easy to get infractions if you are trying to advertise an affiliate link through your posts. But signature advertising is great on DP.
you are understood wrong. I didn't indicate to my signature but i was mean, put keyword "List of Free Advertising Forums" in google and you will get hug list there.
Ok. I misunderstood you but personal experience from users would be better than looking up results on google. Some of the sites work and some dont. I would rather ask people on the forums and see what works best for them.
