    i do not know a company to recommend, but check countries like netherlands, denmark and some offshore locations

    Most webhosts should allow it if its legal. :)
    So just look for any decent host :D

    well most of the site will be embded videos and clips from other websites (like youtube, megavideo etc)
    and I dont know if the videos are %100 legal.. what do you think? can I host this kind of site on a "regular" web hosting companies?

    You better use offshore host coz you don't want to face any problem such as hosting account banned by the host.
    I'm using zentek offshore host dedicated server to host all of my adult + proxy site.
    So far the uptime is 99.99%

    I use Hostican for my adult sites and haven't had a problem yet. Don't know about the others.

    Most of the hosting companies allow to host only legal adult content.
