Best Adsense Settings for making more money ???

Hello all, within AdSense there are a fair few settings that I am unsure which maybe the best to increase earnings etc...
Settings like below.....

Interest-based Ads Preference
Third Party Ads Preference

Any tips on what settings tend to make more money etc????

I don't remember, I think I set it off to try, then set it back on, then off again, in fact there is no difference, so let it on (default) or off, really doesn't matter as far as my testing went..

I dont know much about it

 

I usually choose the same link color of my site, to Google ads to make it blend with the content.. and that's effective

 

I never noticed these settings. Where did you find it in adsense account ?

look at this page for Interest-based Ads Preference

and Google says:
Set your preference for interest-based ads. These ads are served to users based on their interests and may improve your earning potential over time. Learn more about the value of these ads and how user interest and demographic categories will be created and used.

So this is best practice for it.
