Well i was working for some time on my site accessdir.com which is not launched yet

I wanted to make a layout fully in css with some cool adsense blending

    and i rendered this

    hxxp://img408.imageshack.us/img408/8062/adsenseblendpd7.jpg

replace xx with tt in link ( New member, cant post live links yet :( )

Now i want opinions if you think its a good adsense blend which does not break any Adsense TOS?

lol and yeh if anyone gets confused....i want to inform that only 3 of the blocks are real google ads :)

Let me post the pic up:

It kind of looks decieving.. how the other blocks are similar to the adsense ads.. with the "ads by ___" text.. However I've seen so many myspace turnkey sites with a similar format.. I would remove the "Ads by" (non adsense ones)...

It's best to contact adsense about it (it wouldn't hurt) because I had a link similar to the adsense block and had to remove it.

I'm almost certain this came under the 'not allowed' definition, perhaps about the same time as the 'no deceptive pictures next to ads' rule came in.

Can't remember exactly where I read it but I'm 99% sure it's not allowed.

Dj_Flush, I have made the same thing before and then asked permission from Google. And they said it was ok. But after 2 days, I received another e-mail asking me to change it as it is against their policies as it is deceiving your visitors.

2 ways that I can think of:

1.) Not legal: use javascript and css
2.) Legal: achieve 1,000,000 page views monthly and apply as a premium publisher ;)

If you want to last longer your second go-around with Adsense and not get banned YET AGAIN, you would be wise to understand that "blending" doesn't translate into "treat your visitors like they're brain dead morons and get them to click on as many ads as possible".

the css method is easy ..... i dont wana encourage any illegal activity but ofcourse u could use a float propert to hide "Ads By Google" or Z axis in layers
