There are many program like adsense but i can say google adsense has best rates. Have you tried Edomz.com CPV (pop) program? They pay good rate and well known network. same time I would like to suggest you do your own research for your own needs.
Chitika is really good in many niches. If you qualify for gold level ( depending upon the impressions) that can earn a decent amount.
The best paying network are edomz, Advertising and sometimes Valueclick, but this is confirm there is no alternative of google adsense. google adsense pay best rate to there publishers but there terms and conditions are very strict.
All depends on countries. You can try several international networks: Chitika (already was mentioned), Tribal Fusion, Epom market, Neverblue (good for asian traffic mostly). All truth-worthy, in my opinion.
agree, you may have to signup with few reliable network and check which one works best for your traffic, though expecting to find a google alternative don't think thats even at all possible, adsense is multi bilion company, so they have millions of advertiers, which not any small company can compete, but some time you may make more from smaller company.
