Adbrite is the highest paying but often ads do not show out here in India. Many a time, there is simply the boarding of advertise with avnads which is the adult ads programme of adbrite. I was denied by clicksor as there is not 50% traffic from US as their criteria is. And exoclick is less paying especially for countries like India but it is surely a very good one. I have received payments from them and I can say that you can at least trust them. Another very good affiliate program for adults is adengage.com
I actually wouldn't recommend AVNads, bad experience of ads not showing up also (I'm in Asia too). What about adultadworld? I can't seem to sign up, anyone else having this problem? Exoclick are good also, but they deal mainly in cents and got fed after a while. Adengage doesn't have a good admin page and earnt not alot from them.
