    I'll second that. ExoClick seems to be the way to go. You get something for every click and they pay be PayPal at a low payout level.

    is non-us traffic clicks taken into concideration? and what is the pay rate for them ? are non-us clicks less paying ?

    We geo-target the ads and will display appropriate ads following the country.
    On adult, the average CPC is about $0.05 right now.

    Countries such as Turkey, China, etc... do pay less, yes.

    iluminatus, what country are you in?

    Remove the keywords you placed in the "search" parameter, just select the adult category and no keywords.
    This way you'll get the best adult ads rotating.
