I'm not understanding the difference between Open Ads and Pubmatic. if I should use one or the other, or both?? I need an ad serving platform that let's me run different ad networks, allows 3rd parties to sell into the inventory, and allows me to run "house ads" I can clearly tell these are different but I'm not clear how. Do I actually want both? Open Ads with a Pubmatic backfill?? What would you recommend?
