Best ad provider for free hosting sites - Pay by PayPal?

    Hey DP'ers!

    I need some help on finding a ad provider for my free hosting site. What do you use, As I can't use Google adsense (They require a US tax ID) and also I would prefer if they pay via PayPal, What do you guys use?

    To complicated? Are you serious? It's one of the easiest ad management sites to use.... we have had nothing but praise for it's easy to use interface.

    What was complicated about it?

    Your site needs to be approved and that is all, and reviewed within 24 hours. Even in this period you can still run your Ad Groups.

    Most sites I'm aware of have an approval process.
