Hello, I've always tried to figure out which ad placement would be the best to gain as many clicks as you can. I finally came up with the idea of creating a very simple site and with few content and see how it goes(the website is in the signature). Well guess what? the experiment went well. I'm generating 1 or more clicks per 10 uniques. I belive thats pretty good right? Well the only problem is traffic... I run pornsites....I never had a joke site before so I am not that familiar in this area. I usually manage to get some good traffic fro pornsites, but I' cant get enough for this joke site. I am currently getting 10-50 uniques per day, and belive it or not I've made some good money already seeing that I got very few visitors. If u have any suggestions on how to increase traffic to this joke site pls help me? I always remeber who helps me and I'm willing to help you back with any questions you have. thank u
backlinks backlinks and backlinks. Start posting on forums and other blogs hopefully related but not as important. Make sure all coments are helpful and useful. If you do the posting, there will be people who see the sig link. NExt is start exchanging links with related websites, this is important. You need to get your name out there. There are also other methods like yahoo answers and directories, but they will only bring small bits of traffic. If you are looking for quick traffic, not always recommended, but viral marketing can bring quick traffic. Hope this helps Branodn
it is not the best position . its looking just cheap and ugly site... move to advanced version.. your niche is also too cheap.. very low CPC. see the keywords and ad placement like this
yeah it is a cheap and ugly site thats true , but what does it matter? as I told you I get 1 click for every 10 uniques and I know thats good. THATS all that matters....
Use medium and large rectangle ad formats and try to blend them with contents. They are more successful in getting clicks for most of adsense publishers.
I don't mean to be arrogant or something but, as I said my ad placement is good I'm getting clicks, the only thing i need is traffic. So I would appreciate if someone told me some detalied tricks on how to increase traffic to this jokesite thankyou.

I think traffic is better than backlink. Backlink is just for comparing with your competitor at SERP in Google. For more people to see your ads, i think traffic is better such as Video Marketing.
If your ctr is so high about 10%, then just adwords anyway since it will definitely recover back the money put in. Create and use a banner
Everyone needs more unique visitors to a site. Maybe you should try some viral marketing. If you have any video content, link it all over UTube and Google Video. You can also just do SEO best practice and have patience
