Best ad network for traffic from Portugal (No Adsense or CPA).

Hi,

What would you think would be the best ad network for Portuguese traffic?
I have 110k pageviews month and 99% is portuguese traffic.
Banned from Adsense, so can't really use them.
Any ideas?

 

Hard to get 100% fill with CPM on any RTB
So you might need to put some CPA into the mix

Beside if you got banned from adsense, it means your site is some kind of greyzone. So you need to look at some performance networks (CPA mostly) like Xtend Matomy etc.

 

I odn't think you have any problems in finding a good network with that amount of pageviews

I'm using CPA (via Zanox) but the truth is that it just isn't working. It's a news site so user visit it with buying stuff in mind.
I'm having trouble finding a good network. Tried a bunch of them and they pretty much all suck for my traffic. Adbrite dosen't show ad, Chikita same, Bidvertiser crappy ads, Fidelity didn't accept my application (not enought us traffic). Ad dynamo just shows the default ad....and so on.
Any suggestions?

It will be best to use some marketplaces like Adbash. Because you can get sponsors which know your website. Then you don't have to worry about GEO of your traffic.
