Hi all, I'm looking at a music based community where people upload their tracks and videos. It isn't really monetized, so was wondering your views on the best ad networks and the potential for the site? Last month was 50k uv and 500k pageviews although the average for the last 6 months or so is more like 75k uv and 750k page views. I was thinking of going down the CPM route. Any other ideas appreciated, as it might help me to put an actual value on the site.
I don't really understand what you are asking. Do you have a website or are you going to advertise on the website it wasn't really clear at all.
Hello, Sorry... I'm looking at a possible website purchase, and wondering the best network to use, and what i should expect from this. I was looking at CPM networks, but wondering how hard it is to sell adspace based on impressions?
I'd suggest a combination of Value Click Media for your CPM ads, and also google adsense. Should be able to pull in a few dollars with this combo.
With CPM ads do advertisers purchase credits for a certain amount of impressions for a paticular site, or just credits for sites in the network. I'm just thinking if the credits are specific to a site, it might take a while to have all the ad space filled. Thanks
