Best Ad Location/setup?

    Where are the best ad locations? I've seen the google hotspot image map, but I'm reading that the left side of the page is a blind spot to users. If this is so, then i plan to have my content column on the left and 2 columns on the right. 1 for ads and 1 for navigation. Right now I have a left column for ads, middle for content and right for nav.

    Use a horizontal ad format, it's proven to earn more click... revenue.

    The very top of your page is arguably the best ad spot. Above The Fold, as they say :)
