Best Ad Campaing Management soft or script?

Hi, im trying to control ad campaigns in and out of my server and i just cant find the script i want. Im currently using a free soft but its very basic and it only tracks the number of click a link or banner has but thats is.

I want something that can track that but also track where the visitors come from and a few more things... Also, i want to have separate accounts for it site (maybe i can do that by installing the script in different folders right?)

Well, thats it.. if someone knows of a sfot or script to do this... please let me know
