    Action is a very large category. What type of action games are we talking about?

    For me, I personally like FPS action games such as Halo, L4D, Call of Duty, Gears of War, etc.

    Prototype was nice, fallout 3 was one of the best, Dragon Age Origins was simply THE BEST, and COD4 and 6 were awesome.
