I would recommend Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains). Integrity Partners (a Microsoft Reseller team) is having a showcase on March 18, 2008 to explain the functions of Microsoft Dynamics. They will also answer you largest accounting questions and more! Visit their site to register integritymbs.com/v1.

Yes. I would also go for Quickbooks.

Quickbooks software is a easy to use, versatile package that will be able to cater for more sophisticated accounting needs as your business grows.

Quickbooks Pro is the standard here in the US. My accountant uses it as well so I just email my info to her.

QuickBooks is very user friendly and easy to use. They even have a free starter version called Simple Start and an online version for around 20 bucks a month.
