    What's the time frame?

    15 minutes then PPC...

    If you have a few days the forum postings with helpful post's (unlike this one)

    If you have a few days then JV with the RIGHT offer...


    Time tested.... Article marketing, backlinking, etc....(SEO crap)

    Also, what type of traffic are you looking for?...Buyers? Opt-In's? etc...this will matter.....

    If you're wanting to take first step, just try off with forum postings then you can later move on to social bookmarking but do continue with the forum work as it generates some amount of traffic.
