Hi, I am in need of some cash so I am doing this as a one off. It will only be happening for a short amount of time! I am willing to design layouts from scratch in photoshop for a cheap price. The prices are as follows: Basic design: $10 Average design: $20 Detailed design: $30 How it works is that you PM me with the colours/theme and the sort of things you want in the design, I then evaluate it and class it as basic, average or detailed and get back to you. If you agree with the price then I will create the PSD for you.I will show you a preview when done: you don't have to pay me until you are 100% satisfied. Of course, just because it says a "basic" design or "average" design does NOT mean I will do a rushed job - I will take my time with them all, however depending on what you want exactly will take more time, thus cost more.
