    If you have Illustrator and Photoshop, I don't think you need anything else unless you're asking about something else like 3D or animation.

    Are you kiding me?

    Photoshop and evrything with photoshop is the best program to own by a web master.

    I have Photoshop,Flash (verry good for animation and so progs), Cinema 4d (awesome 3d program) Body paint . Like photoshop but for 3d.

    There is so many good and expensive complex programs out there .

    Gimp=crap in my opinion.

    One's crap is another person's treasure. GIMP maybe crap to you, but I guess for someone who can't afford photoshop, GIMP is the alternative.

    I use the GIMP, Inkscape, and Blender for editing, drawing and 3D respectively. All excellent open source programs.

    Photoshop and illustrator has alot of features but still if you are looking for something new than you can try GIMP that's a better version.

    Ulead PhotoImpact is another inexpensive alternative. I have noticed text captions are not nearly as crisp as ones done with photoshop but an old version of PhotoImpact can be picked up on ebay for a song. I paid 99 cents plus shipping for my last copy.
