Besides Google Adsense, What Other Company Pays High ROI

We are conducting research on companies that provide Adsense programs with good revenue stream, or high CPC % to payoff...besides Google!

I am writing a white paper on subject and any and all information will be credited back to original source.

ROI = Return on investment.. I mean the amount you get from adsense doesn't really have an ROI relationship. - Unless you are talking about Buying ads ( in which case you mean adwords not adsense )

Some other companies that provide contextual targeted ads are

Yahoo (YPN)- in beta
Chitika

 

Adsense is a product which is (naturally) only offered by Google.

As Eadz says, what you are really looking for is other contextually targeted ad networks.

Overture / Yahoo provide Content Match, which is essentially the same thing as Adsense.

Alternatively, firms such as Miva, and again Overture can provide XML feeds of adverts against keywords provided by you - these tend to pay extremely well but you'll struggle to get into either company without > 5,000 daily uniques.

Another company you may want to try is Context Web. They claim to offer extremely targeted ads. but I have never used them, though I've heard goods things about them in Revenue magazine.

 

My revenues have always been 90+% AdSense and I've tried a lot of alternatives. Yesterday, Chitika eMiniMalls was about 30%. Now I haven't given YPN a chance (I'm CDNian).

 

Adsense can very well have an ROI...when working in conjunction with Adwords. One of my sites is an information directory and we are buying terms at low CPC and driving potential leads to read and click on other higher CPC link partners... My CPC average spend own AdWords is .30cents per, and average CPC from Adsense deliverables is .60cents. That is 100% profit...and I will take that all day long. This was only a small study but we are ramping up for a full marketing campaign in Nov.

I was just looking for other companies that provide Adsense type programs. I have tried a few but was looking for my input from the masses.

Chitika is reportedly paying very well. Some publishers seem to be leaving Adsense to go to Chitika.

 

targetpoint isn't bad, they pay by paypal and wire transfer.

The reason I left them is because you couldn't right click and new window.

 

Even better, run them together. Use Google's link units and Chitika for the larger boxes.

 

Fastclick and casalemedia can be also considered good paying companies.
