    I think people usually let domains expire for a reason.. this one could have trademark issues..

    don't think there are trademark issues.. check out berternie.org, bertandernie.con, bertandernie.org.. all parked.. and I received several uniques before posting on DP... I think maybe a good source of ad revenue?

    it depends on the traffic it recieves.. if there is not TM then you should have no problem
