    I am selling this website in order to clean out my inventory, it has been sitting in idle for about 6 months now, i had only added it to few directories. This is a high paying keyword adsense website. Not much revenue as it dont get much traffic at the moment. I would say atleast half of the content is original.

    should cover the time it took to gather/write content and make layout and then registering the name and ect...
