Limitless benefits are there in Google+. It's a good social network, a perfect place for a handsome amount of traffic and it is the best for SEO than any other else I will certainly say.
Google+ is a social network, so it's benefits are beyond description. Like a popular social network it plays an important role in internet marketing and gathering traffic.

In reply to Riderbabygurl's comment above the seo impact from sharing things on Google+ really comes from the level of further shares that a shared link gets. I have found these social signals to have a definate impact on website rankings. Think about it. It makes sense. Google has always considered links as important for rankings and if someone shares a link via their social account (whether Facebook or Google+) then that is a positive vote in favour of the page being shared. Much in teh same way as a back link from one site to anothe rcounted as a vote for teh recipient. As far as the benefits of Google+ I love the hangouts function. The video is crystal clear and does not seem to drop out regularly like Skype seems to do when I use it. My view is that Google+ is generally popular among web professionals, designers and marketers. SOme companies use it but none of my friends or family do so for that reason for pure social networking I think Facebook will always have the edge. In reality can you see all your friends moving over to Google+ from Facebook? Unless they do it will just not have the same level of usefulness for keeping in touch with friends.
Both are good and social networking sites, But comparatively Google + looks more professional as most of you have discussed too. I will go for the Google+. http://www.dimensioniseo.com
