    hi i like to know that how can i use my link direcrories (adsense ready 2 site) as in total 500 pages are registered in major search engines. and every week i am getting more people doing registration .

    1.as i am doing SEO for the other sites aslo. so if i put new site link on main index.php pages will google count as 500 links to new site & how much benecial it will be.

    2. Banner Advertising on the top of every page of Link Directory. how much should i charge people for one year.

    3. is there some who can tell me more benifits in this senario.

    If it is what to charge then it really depends on how strong your directories are.

    You should research other directories and see what they are charging!

    not sure what your question is. from what i understand they can provide good back links if the directory is solid.
