    Why are you selling this site?
    I took a job, don't want to be Web entrepreneur any more.

    How is it monetized?
    Private link ads
    The buyer can do link ads, adsense, or charge for the classifieds.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    I spend 10 minutes every 2 weeks. Buyer certainly can spend more time.

    Costs to run?
    A virtual private server or any inexpensive hosting will be fine. Other than hosting, no extra cost.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    The domain is more than 11 years old, the classifieds are more than 10 years old. If you have time and are willing to work hard, there's huge potential. Most traffic comes from India.

    Make an offer. You must be able to transfer the site yourself using cpanel. I won't be able to help.
