Benefit of using old age domain in rankings

    I have a domain which is four years old i have not setup hosting for that. if i use that domain to launch website will that help me in rankings? if, no then what factors in domain age are considered by Google ?

    Four years is good enough for ranking a website. But, if you sit idle after launching that will not help you. You should go for seo like-
    Forum posting
    Article submission
    social bookmarking .

    Yes always a old domain get better rank for a website then a new domain for website because new domain website want SEO & the older domain get SEO form older websites.

    Yes ,definitely it will gonna help you to get better rank in google search...newer domain needs time and lots SEO work to get ranking where as older domain have already been SEO from other websites...

    If you have old age domain so it is beneficial. Google give some priority to your domain due to its age.


    Google give priority on your domain age not the site.
