well thats the problem. I dont have any stats in mind otherwise I would have googled for it. I need any stats that would help me gauge the various aspects of performance of the website. Like in your sig uptime monitoring is just a small indicator which I intend to use. I will be analyzing some Indian banking websites and compare them.

What they are really doing is massaging the collected data that any serious uptime monitoring application already has available and formating it for presentation in a manner targetted to the audience.
