So I noticed one of my blogs is being picked up by spam blogs. Right after I make a post they'll post a small excerpt with a link to me and it shows up as a trackback. I look and they basically do this for tons of blogs each day. My feeling is its a backlink so that should be good but at the same time it's a spam blog so that's bad. What do you guys think? Do you get the same sorts of things happen?
I see the same sort of thing. A link FROM a bad neighborhood can't hurt, and if Google doesn't consider it spam, then it will actually help you.
