I am being accused of copyright. I used my own text and picture.

here is the email I got

    http://www.learn-kenpo.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3&products_id=190

This page lists an item that is sold by the Karate Connection and is
copyrighted material. The photo used to display this product was taken from
the IKCA website at http://www.karateconnection.com. Please remove this
listing from your website. Thank you.

my site is learn-kenpo.com and the item is sold out. I used my own pic and text.

    Ignore them?

Maybe you should take another picture - one that shows something in the background. That way there is no confusion.

Its a picture of a box,,,, what can I say except, pictures from the same angle are going to look alike.

It is the picture of their product, no doubt of that. The question is whether you're allowed to be selling it. If you're selling an illegal copy of their DVD set, they've got full right to be mad! If it's a legal copy, you have the right to resell it, as it belongs to you (as long as you don't use materials from their site).

As has been said, yes, you are infringing their copyright. However, if you take a picture yourself and place it on your site, you will be fine. That shouldn't be hard really to do, don't know why you didn't do it in the first place, other than inexperience/ignorance/just don't care. Take that picture down, take your own picture, and continue selling them. So long as you have legal copies you will be fine.
