Behavioral Search & "Authority Googlers"

As Google delves deeper into its arsenal of data, they will increasingly consider the user search behavior in their algorithm. Currently, Google utilizes Click-Through-Ratio, Click Distribution, Bounce Rate, Google WikiSearch, Google Bookmarks and maybe even Google Chrome to gauge behavioral web importance. They are also moving into "recommended search", a scheme that personalizes your search using your history to give sites that other searchers found directly related a local-to-you PR boost.

But will they or do they consider the overall behavior of individual users to deem one user more authoritative than another, globally, locally and topically? Some people are better searchers than others, some are experts in a given field, some click around like no other, while others are more selective. If Google gauges the time spent on a website as a measure of site quality, then you might object to say that some searchers are slower readers than others. But if then all of a slow reader's page visits would be longer, so you could damp that out.
