    Dear all

I am a beginner with a concept for a website but w/o any knowledge of how to make & run a website. I wish to run a successful website in wordpress. I searched lot of things on internet & got hold of lots of templates but I am nowhere in terms of setting them on net. I would like to take hosting service but before that I wish to have basic & complete information on how to run a website.

I request you all to throw some light on how to run it like :
    - setting WP themes/templates on internet.
    - how to setup & run a website.

Any guide in terms of e-book would be great

More views on this would be highly appreciated. :)

    Thanks

If you'd like, I can set you up pretty cheaply on my reseller, and work with you on setting up your website =). But if you're not interested in that, let me give you a few starter tips.

First off, you'll need a hosting plan. This plan will allow you to hold your files on a server. This server will be accessable by a domain name that you buy, which will read the files and display them.

This site: http://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/wordpress_themes.htm will guide you through changing your WP theme. (NOTE: If you're asking how to actually install WP, please let me know and I'll explain that as well.)

Setting up and running a website can be done easily and sufficiently. All you need is a host and a domain. If you're new to websites, I'd recommend you using a CMS such as Joomla! or Drupal to manage your content easily.

As I said, I'd be glad to set you up an account on my reseller and help you through everything in your site's setup!

One thing that you might to make sure is that the host you choose provides support for this kind of blogging software. If they do it's pretty easy to setup yourself using fantastico. Once you're setup it's pretty easy to change all that you want yourself, but you'll have to spend a little time learning how to do it.

    Hope that helps.
