    Can i put google adsense and other advertiser like chikita ..or what ever .. at the same time ? or it would be competition ?

    You can put any type of ad on the same page with Adsense as long as those ads DOESN'T WORK THE SAME WAY AS ADSENSE. I.e. Serve text/contextual ads based on your content, etc.
