    Hi,

What should i look out for when starting out with google adwords?

Basically when searching for keywords, should i do one keywords or select numerous for £100.

Also how can you determine which is the best keyword to select? Like if has a low advertiser competition and high search, does that mean its the best to select?

Also can anyone know how to find how much it may cost if you find a selection of keywords.

    Cheers

The keyword tool will tell you how much to bid for a good placement. I have found less competitive key words work better for me. Also the landing page is very important.

More competition = more cost, obviously. I recommend Keywords Analyzer (http://www.keywordsanalyzer.com/) for checking on keyword search relevance and competition. It doesn't cost much, but it does provide a lot more information than you previously had. We use it and determined that a lot of people like bamboo flooring more than anything else with the word bamboo in it. A good thing to use as a negative keyword :)
