I have absolutely no idea about all this. Does this look good, and at least like it will do my site no harm? I'm frustrated, because I don't even know if my ISP has contradictory settings that might be keeping me from getting business, and they appear to have no interested in helping me.
I accidentally bumped this, while trying to edit it. But I also wanted to say that, when the modifications for speed section got added, it was like turning off a light switch on us getting visits and business. Could something in this file be interfering with something on my ISP's server, and blocking visits and business, somehow? It's crucial that I find out.
