i am new to IM and need help.

i want to out source my project to a web designer.

i am wondering to get good at IM do i have to create a website myself?

what are the advantages and disadvantages of both? (out sourcing and do it yourself)

If you do it yourself you will learn as you go. Then you will always know how to do it and can make as many sites as you want and never have to pay for any of them. Just read everything you can about it on free sites and blogs.

You use google ads to create an advert, you then bid on keywords for the advert to be shown this then links to your webpage.

To become confident initally a few weeks you should look at w3schools to understand html/css better or a good book... then you should of course be updating regularly with useful content.

Depends on your longterm interest ...

frequent changes: Do it yourself. "Try and error"
One time presentation: Spend a few bucks and enjoy live and avoid many headaches
