Not that great w/ RSS - but if we get something great to spread around the net - what site(s) do I go to for them to pick up and distribute it?

If you asking how you go about creating and syndicating them then thats easy..

if you want to create a feed and done have a blog goto rss.icerocket.com
    1) create a new account.
    2) add a new rss channel with your url and keywords etc
    3) add you urls to the channel as channel items
    4) publish the channel
    5) submit the publish url to
    - yahoo
    - feedage
    - 2rss
    - icerocket

if you just want to mix and submit
    1) get your rss feeds off your blogs / article sites etc
    2) goto rssmix
    3) add all your feeds and generate the single publish url and submit as 5) above

If you are using web 2.0 properties... many of them have a RSS feeds built in... so all you need to do is grab the url to the rss and just submit it to rss directories...
