If these are recipes other than your own, don't fall into the trap of believing that just because something is a recipe, it is not copyrighted. It's true that most jurisdictions won't allow simple instructions or formulae to be protected by intellectual property law, but there are often unique literary styles used in recipes which elevate them to the status of copyrighted material.
