    Do you have any links leading to your site... ? you need to get some links from PR sites, even do some link exchange.

    Your site PR not only depend upon age of the site. This is sub domain it is also may be the reason of not gating any PR in last 2 yrs because google give more priority on main domain (www......com) then (http://abcd.........com) you have to make some strong back links for your sub domain. Increase some traffic of your site.

    First thing that affect your subdomain PR is your main domain PR. If your main domain PR is good enough and the and then you get a benefit of link juice. One suggestion do a complete SEO on your subdomain as well as main domain.

    Your website is not banned at Google. Hmm.. I think there are something wrong with your website. It is so weird that you didn't manage to have PR, even PR 0.

    This URL http://charlotte.bestofnorthcarolina.com to be exact is not even indexed. The inner pages are the only ones visible in Google. That would explain why still don't even have any rank whatsoever. I've had a check on your source code and it's a mess! Almost everything are scripts!

    I also don't understand why you're using too much google verifications?

    <meta name="verify-v1" content="EycXYK1vc5Pa4pr1FGAutmsnpHY+JVeOlbhHpaNzBMI=" >
    <!--<meta name="google-site-verification" content="-2jhfUU2DGIi8V3XO46v9-xcxVx5FUTToUgcn_XZ7ls" />--> >> What's this??
     <meta name="google-site-verification" content="EENXIDflMWjiBdxwzlgn6Tasx6B1enZHg89-nhOlAEw" />

    Code (markup):
    Your meta tags are also messed up bad. Why are you even using the meta title tag when you are already using THE title tag?

    Uh-oh, I sense there's going to be lots of work needed to clean this up!

    ONLY think of getting PR? lol. Don't turn people into PR addicts with half baked information. His subdomain is obviously in need of serious cleaning and PR is the very least thing he should be really focusing now. The subdomain landing page itself is not even indexed.

    I would suggest getting some good backlinks to your site, this should do the trick.

    Cheers!

    I know speed is not a major factor, but the site seems to be loading for me kind of slow. People don't like slow loading sites. Consider doing a whole optimization. After that seo on site and offsite. Backlink campaign and things will certainly look up for you.

    Increase backlinks of your website to increase the page rank of your website. Choose the best link partners for link exchange. Directories, article directories, social bookmarking websites are also beneficial. So get relevant backlinks and increase the page rank and search engine ranks.

    All the one-liners of "do X and you will be fine" and hype of backlinks, PR fade to insignificance compared to the underlying issue. None of these alone will solve the problem. The first and foremost problem is the fact that your pages as indicated by Grimm are a mess. They just look like a mass of scripts have been hashed together and its hardly surprising the crawlers have trouble reading/indexing them. Tidy your site code up and that will greatly increase your future endeavours.

    I agree with the minority here. You're wasting your time focusing on links into your site if your basic building blocks are crumbling.
    Follow the advice and clean up your site code to make it more palatable by Google, THEN consider your links.

    I agree about cleaning up your code. I have had several websites that had messy code and they were full of issues. It's better to have it neat and know what is what too.

    thanks all,

    i've checked the sites and cleaned up some duplicated codes. There are a lot of weird search results coming to the sites from google though. Still dont know why its PR still "unranked", I hope it should be at least PR0 soon.
