been scammed by 2 content providers on DP

    Do not pay before receiving articles, i will publish their names if they will continue to ignore our mails etc, for 2 days longer

    No, you won't publish their names. You may not, under any circumstances, start threads to accuse people of being scammers here. If the deal happened here you may leave a negative review in their deal thread. If the deal was more than $5 per article, you may leave negative iTrader as well. That's it. If you start a thread to name and shame or follow them around to post reviews in their other threads, you'll get a 2 point attack / harassment infraction each time. It's a private business dispute, and therefore is a two-sided story and between you, the other member and the payment processor.

    And read the rules. Only english is allowed on this forum. Signature being removed.
