been billed $128 by fireball hosting that i havent bought

    How do I know it's for my server? And anyway, I did not have the server for the time period that it was subscribed for. So get the money back from Burst as you've apparently sent it to them :rolleyes: which is hard to believe as I know they don't go round canceling servers for no reason.

    Cause it matches the amount you paid me. Also, why should I refund you? You attempted to trash my good name. You also had an outstanding balance with me (don't forget that). Don't forget you also used it and I gave you fair notice to get moving. Also in my TOS I have the right to refuse at any given time a refund.

    Well, let's do it this way. You shutdown that previous server (VPS2 I think) and you agreed to pay it, instead of getting me a new server. And anyway, those fees were unfair and I think they were a total load of crap anyway. Now what you did, is you screwed up. You screwed up bad and terminated a server you weren't meant to. You can't have paid for my server, or it would be online. So if you want to do it like this, I will trash your name. It's totally up to you.

    Well seeing as you talked to one of my customers, and tried to convince him that I was no good (BTW Reese is doing great and is enjoying his services). Also, you trashed this thread with your server comments and made it all about you. You want a refund for something I supposedly didn't pay for (how can that be?) You said you will trash my name if I don't refund you, well guess what? That's a threat, and it has been taken into consideration.

    Now do you want your refund? Will it make you take back all your threats? Will it reverse how you feel about me? I doubt it, I know you'll trash me either way, you are known to trash people behind their backs, so unless you can prove you won't trash or can take back what you're trying to say about me, you can forget a refund. That and you'll have to wait like 5 days anyways until the most recent transaction clears. Now you think you can be a big boy and wait? Or are you gonna be a son of a gun and fire a dispute my way and lose to Paypal cause of "virtual goods"

    Haha, when have I tried to convince anyone that you were no good? I don't even know who reece is...

    And since my big, negative review thread was deleted, I found it a good idea to post it here, as it looked a lot like you scammed someone else. Now see, it this way. E.G: If I went into McDonalds, got half a hamburger and if they refused to give me a refund I would tell everyone about how bad McDonalds hamburgers were, then I think that would be about fair, correct?

    And anyway, if I did get a refund, why would I find more need to trash you? I hate negative reviews more then anyone else. Now I'm known to trash people behind their backs eh? Show me one other than this recent reece guy, who I'm meant to know... Also, treating me like a little kid is just sad. Also, I wouldn't do a dispute, that's lying and effectively stealing.

    I would like to know how he even found out about you in the first place. And if you want your refund, you'll have to wait until my recent transaction clears. According to Paypal it takes up to 5 days to clear so like I said wait and you shall receive.
