been a member for 14 days, still can't post in buy/sell

    Hi. I joined on the 6th. Todays the 20th. Why can't I start a new thread in the buy/sell forum.?

    As has been said many times in this section, it can take 24 hours for the relevant cron jobs to run on the forum, and you first post was not until the 7th 2:03 am

    Give it another day.

    Well as from your profile, it shows 7th Jan 2009 as Join Date means you have to wait for 21st Jan 2009 to complete 14 days. Once it done you will be in list of status changes and once cron job complete work, you will able to post a thread in BST section.

    Your first post wasn't until after 9pm on the 6th. You therefore haven't met the 14-day requirement until after 9pm, and then you need to wait for the cron job to run.
