    The microniche site I am selling is setup in October 2011 and has received minor SEO work. Despite this it has a good ranking for its main keyword. The traffic is all from US and the earnings are the following: 10 Euros from adsense and 18 $ from affiliates( see the proof). The content is unique and the theme of the site has a good CTR of about 3%. With a little bit of SEO work you can earn much more.
