    I don't know if you have ever heard about VPNs.

Then when you connect to the Internet, you need to connect with your VPN account too. Then you will be assigned the IP address of your VPN service provider.     we moved the server to Germany. ( for technical problems like speed etc ) now you'll have a German IP

    Well i have been using software on EBAY and PAYPAL called "Ghostsurf Platinum" 2007 It hides your real IP and Paypal + Ebay don't know where you are surfing from. They used to suspend our accounts always untill we started using this been 7 months now no problems. With this you can go worldwide as if you are in united states. Keep in mind it works 100 % good with Mozilla Firefox browser because Ebay works best with internet Explorer and you are very much blocked with Mozilla to Paypal and Ebay.

    Ok , if I take the service how can I withdraw my money from Paypal.
    I have no relatives in USA.
    What I have to do for receiving payments through Paypal from Bangladesh.
